¿How do I disable "public messages" from my ads?

If you want users to not be able to leave "public messages" in your ads or not show those that your ad already had, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your account with your email and password. (hamburger menu, top right)



  2. Click on your profile photo. (up to the right)



  3. In the window that opens, click on "Ads".

  4. Then you will be shown a list of "published" ads with a menu (three dots) on the right side.

  5. Click on that menu and a window will open with the option to "Deactivate Public Messages".

Keep in mind that you can reactivate them whenever you want, in the same way.
